TCM Strata Coastal is a family owned and operated company which was established by the Roberts family in 1991. Based in Tweed Heads, TCM Strata Coastal brings over 30 years of experience to the property and strata management industry, servicing properties from the Gold Coast, Queensland to Ballina, New South Wales (and all areas in between), TCM also offers property management and real estate services in the abovementioned areas, providing a one stop shop.
Their expertise ranges from accounting, property management, legal compliance, meetings management, record keeping and all other associated secretarial and accounting procedures. The team also specialise in areas such as development advice and layered scheme arrangements.
TCM’s Managers participate in regular comprehensive training and seminars to maintain and update their knowledge of both Queensland and New South Wales legislation, and more broadly in the area of community titles in Australia. TCM Strata Coastal are members of Strata Community Australia (SCA), the governing body for strata/owners corporation managers in Australia. They are proud of their long association and the fact that their strata managers are licensed and registered. This commitment to training established and maintains TCM Strata Coastal’s reputation as having some of the most experienced professionals in their industry.
